Simply Reeds

Cambridge’s premier saxophone and clarinet quartet

The members of Simply Reeds met through their studies in Cambridge in the early 1990s and formed the quartet in 1996. Viv, Jon, Graham and Claire are all instrumental music teachers in and around Cambridge, Royston and Saffron Walden. The vast majority of their arrangements are written by Jon (jazz and show tunes) and Graham (classical). They cover all styles of music from early classical to modern jazz, including classic songs from the shows and "novelty" items!
